Complete Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Setup & Management

Our non-profit specialists will consult with you at regular rates (30 to 45 min. is usual) to discuss the issues and viability of setting up a non-profit. If you decide to engage us to perform this service, any consulting charges incurred will be applied toward your total fee.

We will:

2. Discuss the Fee Structure.
3. Explain a Time line for completion.
4. Educate you about the process and what to expect.
5. Explore the Tax Implications for the founders.

In most cases your own corporation can be functioning in a matter of days. It generally takes us about 45-60 hours to process and track the complete setup of your 501(c)(3) with the IRS.  A detailed description will be provided in your Engagement Agreement.
